Event team leaders Annemari and Mona have a variety of events planned and they need a good team to help with the arrangements.
Now is your chance to sign up for the event team. You can join for half a year or, if things seem smooth, for a full year. There are two application periods this year, for the spring events in January and the fall events in late spring.
In the Event Team you
- Can get to see what is happening behind the scenes in events
- Will get experience in organizing the event
- Network with other students
- Get to know different partners
- Can earn credits
- Free admission to the event you are organizing.
No previous experience in organizing events is required. The application period for the event team is open until February 6, 2022.
What does the event team do? Among other things, in the planning phase, the content and marketing of the event are planned and offers are requested, e.g. venues and performers. The team contacts partners such as restaurants, associations and other event organizers. And naturally takes care of the practical arrangements for the event.
