During the end of 2022 and the spring of 2023, the member service point at the Hämeenlinna University Centre is open from Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm. At other times, we serve on site at the office by appointment.
If you need a service on site (e.g. buying a sports pass or picking up a student card), please contact us in advance. The fastest way to reach member service is by email and phone.
