In May, we serve Mon-Thurs from 9 am to 4 pm and on Fridays by appointment. Exception days are Tue 9.5. and Thu 18.5. when the office is closed.
HAMKO’s office will be on summer break in mid-June. If you need a service at the office, e.g. with a sports pass or overalls, please visit as soon as possible before that.
During the summer vacation, the entire staff is on vacation, and the chair of the board is responsible for e-mail. So, if necessary, you can contact us by e-mail hamko@hamko.fi. Please note that there may be a slight delay in answering messages until the staff returns from vacation.
For new members: Joining the student union is done electronically, so it can also be done in the summer. If you start your studies in the autumn of 2023, please note that you will be able to use your student card from the beginning of August. So you can use Pivo’s digital student card in August. The first AMK student cards will be ordered during August and you will receive a notification in your student mail when the card has arrived from the printing press.
Our office located in the Hämeenlinna University Centre will open after the summer break in August. We will inform about the opening of the office in more detail during August. Stay tuned!
