The Wellness event, which was held for the first time last year, will continue this year!
The purpose of the Wellness event is to increase student well-being with small tasks, that you can do daily. Unlike last year, the Wellness vent will last one week this year.
The event begins today, Monday, January 31. and ends on Sunday, February 6. The event is open to everyone and tasks are possible to perform during the school day.
You will be able to participate in the event by doing the daily tasks during the week, which are listed below. It is recommended to do one task per day, but it’s also acceptable to do more tasks in one day.
At the end of the event, the participants can redeem the overall badge from HAMKO’s office or partner associations. To redeem an overalls badge, you must complete at least 5 of the listed tasks. When you pick up the badge, all you have to do is tell us what wellness actions you have done.
The overalls badge is free for participants in the rapture and cannot be purchased separately. There are only a limited number of badges.
Here are all the Wellness Event 2022 tasks:
- Eat at least one fruit in s day
- Spend at least half an hour without mobile devices or a computer
- Have online break with your friends
- Take a 10 min break from studying
- Think of 3-5 positive things about yourself
- Go outdoors for at least 15 min
- Drink a glass of water (more than usual)
As a bonus, we encourage you to do something that promotes your own well-being that is surprisingly missed by many students: Eat a breakfast or snack at least once a week if you don’t eat one normally.
