HAMKO and Timetravels are offering HAMK students two trips again in spring 2026 – to Kilpisjärvi in Lapland and Lofoten in Norway.
Kilpisjärvi, Lapland 21.2. – 27.2.
We travel 300 kilometers beyond the Arctic Circle to the village of Kilpisjärvi on the border of Finland, Sweden and Norway! Here you will find untouched nature and the best visibility in Finland for viewing the Northern Lights! There are amazing activities planned, such as a three-border snowmobile safari across Kilpisjärvi, a day trip to Tromsø in Norway and you can see the magnificent fjords!
Trip time and price
The trip will depart on Saturday 21.2.2026 and return on Friday 21.2.2026.
The price of the trip starts at 399 €. Note the Early bird discount until February 1st, travel starting at €389!
What is included in the trip?
- Round-trip transportation on modern and comfortable buses
- Accommodation in cabins with saunas
- Guide services at the destination (the trip is mainly organized in English)
- Visit to Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi
- Day trip to the Norwegian side of Trömsö
- You can take 1 x 15 kg in the trunk of the bus and 1 x small backpack in the passenger compartment free of charge. (Additional luggage can be brought for an additional fee, please make sure there is enough space when booking)
