Relive the royal life in Loppurysäys event in April 2025!

HAMKO’s traditional spring event, Loppurysäys takes place on April 16, 2025. This year, the theme of the event is 👑 ROYALTY 👑. Put on your crown or helmet and embark on an adventure in the world of castles and knights. 🤴👸

The event includes a taskpoint tour Ryöminki, where you’ll complete theme based tasks at various taskpoints. After the tour, the afterparty is held at nightclub Hohto.

Taskpoint Tour

The Taskpoint Tour Ryöminki will lead you through the royal kingdom, where you can complete in various tasks. Gather a team of 2–8 people, get your taskpoint pass from the Castle yard, and head off on your adventure. The best team will be rewarded!

Tasks are fun and playful, maybe you need to use your logic in some.

  • Taskpoints are open from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
  • You can start the tour between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
  • If you want to compete in the taskpoint competition, remember to return your team’s pass to the Castle yard no later than 10:30 PM.
  • The start and finishing point is at Häme Castle southern yard, where HAMKO’s tent will be waiting for you.

Now is the chance to be the royal of your own life, and dress according to the theme, with small prizes for the best dressed.

After-party

When the castle gates close for the night, the party continues at nightclub Hohto, where a DJ will entertain the court until morning. You can also unleash your inner singer at the karaoke!

The afterparty starts at 10:00 PM at Nightclub Hohto, located at Sibeliuksenkatu 9, 13100 Hämeenlinna.
Those who have purchased afterparty tickets will receive a wristband upon ticket redemption, which serves as entry to the afterparty. 🏰 🕺💃

Tickets

Everyone is welcome to the event, both students and student-minded individuals. As an HAMKO member, you get tickets at an even more affordable price!

Tickets are available for both the Taskpoint Tour only and the Taskpoint Tour with afterparty. Afterparty tickets include admission and cloakroom service at nightclub Hohto.

Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Ticket redemption

Tickets purchased from Kide.app must be redeemed as admission tickets to the event.

Redemption takes place at Häme Castle southern yard at the HAMKO tent starting at 4:30 p.m. Ticket redemption ends at 22:30.

Safety

We want everyone in our kingdom to feel safe. This is a harassment-free event – if you experience any form of harassment or inappopriate behavior, please contact the events’s anti-harrasment contact persons, whose numers you will find in taskpoint pass.

Although spring is well underway, please remember to dress warmly in case of weather changes. Also, be sure to nourish yourself, as wandering around hungry can be difficult.

Please note that consuming your own beverages in restaurants or cafes and their premises is not allowed. Consuming your own drinks is not allowed even at the Castle yard. Let’s act accordingly, so we can continue to organize events in restaurants in the future.

Regarding the museum area:

This year, Häme Castle’s southern yard, which serves as the start and finish location, is part of the museum area. Please respect the museum area and do not damage, take, or alter anything. Act responsibly in the museum area to avoid causing any harm. Drinking your own beverages is also prohibited in the Castle yard.

Remember also to:
• Take care of your own team and friends, don’t leave anyone alone.
• Respect others and don’t block pathways.
• Have fun in good spirits, don’t disturb, discriminate, or bully others.
• The decision to or not is part of self-determination – don’t pressure anyone to.
• If you’ve brought a sword or similar props to the event, please do not take them to the afterparty. Props can be left at the cloakroom in Hohto for the duration of the afterparty.
• In emergencies (requiring police, ambulance, or fire services), contact the emergency number 112.
