Fresher’s Party (Hämeenlinna and Lepaa)

Kastajaiset will be held to new students of Hämeenlinna and Lepaa on Thursday, September 3th from 3 pm to 10 pm on the streets of Hämeenlinna in the form of a check point track.
On the day of the event, the tutors in your class will divide you into groups and set out with you to go around the check point track, so you don’t have to collect groups on yourself.🕺💃
The official after party of the event in Las Palmas at 10pm onwards! In Las Palmas, of course, drinks are available at student prices.🥂

Tursajaiset is an event for first-year students where you complete different fun challenges in teams around Forssa city centre! 🏃♀️ The teams will be formed at the Wahren statue, and the best-performing team will receive a prize at the end of the evening! 🏆
Tickets are sold in advance at the FAMKO office on Thursdays from 11:30 to 13:00 and at The First Of The Year event on 2.9. downstairs at Pub Hukka.

The Tursajaiset, held on Thursday September 10, is a traditional autumn start-up event, where you go around playful checkpoints near the center of Riihimäki and finally gather to continue in Jolene Karaoke Bar.
At the checkpoints, you can have a little fun and lightly test your teamwork skills. The event is aimed at everyone, and gives freshmen in particular a good start to student events and culture!

Welcome to a sugary adventure at HAMKO’s Café Appro, which takes place from Wednesday to Saturday, November 3-7, 2026!
Café Appro is an easy-going event where you get to visit different cafes for five days. The goal is to collect stamps for the Café Appro passport. You can visit the cafes according to the opening hours of the cafes when it suits you best and enjoy the delicacies of your choice.
From delicacies you buy in the new cafe, you get a stamp on your Café Appro pass – after collecting stamps, you get a cute badge for the event which you can’t get otherwise.
