We received a really nice number of responses to the membership survey. A big thank you to everyone who took the time to respond! Your thoughts, experiences and ideas are really important to us, and they will help us develop our operations even better.
Next, we will move on to a more detailed analysis of the responses. We will carefully review the feedback and highlight key themes, areas for development and those things that are already working well. The goal is to get the clearest possible picture of what members want from us and how we can meet these expectations.
Once we have reviewed the results, we will come back to the issue and tell you what concrete measures we will take based on the survey. We want to keep you involved in how the operations are developed in the future.
