The Student Union of Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMKO) is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. We warmly welcome you to join us in celebrating this milestone on Saturday, 12 December 2026!
The anniversary gala is a formal academic dinner event held to thank and celebrate the members, active participants, and partners.
The celebration will take place at Restaurant Le Blason in Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna Hämeenlinna, located at Possentie 7, Hämeenlinna.
The after-party will be held at the restaurant Las Palmas in the center of Hämeenlinna, at Raatihuoneenkatu 10, 13100 Hämeenlinna.
Program
The doors to the venue will open at 4.30 pm.
The evening celebration will begin with a toast, during which participants may offer greetings and congratulations. Following this, we will enjoy a celebratory dinner with drinks, listen to speeches, and present awards. After the dinner, the celebrations will continue at Las Palmas Restaurant in the centre of Hämeenlinna.
Tickets
The Anniversary Gala ticket includes the welcome toast, gala dinner with beverages, entry to the afterparty at Las Palmas in Hämeenlinna, and a unique 30th Anniversary Gala overall patch.
The ticket price is:
- €100 for HAMKO members and those who have received a separate invitation
- €120 for others than HAMKOs members
Please note that every guest must purchase their own ticket, including accompanying guests. During registration, you may indicate your accompanying guest and/or preferred table company.
Registration opens on Wednesday, 21 October and closes on 22 November at 11:59 pm. Tickets can be purchased via Kide.app.
Please note that registration is binding, and tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Tickets may be transferred to another person, but the organisers must be informed of any transfer.

Dress code
The dress code for the evening is a dark suit with academic decorations. If you are not wearing decorations, the dress code is a dark suit.
Schedule of the evening
Doors to the venue open at 16:30.
A more detailed schedule for the event will be available soon.
Once the official celebration concludes, guests are welcome to continue the evening at Restaurant Las Palmas. Guests are responsible for their own travel to the location.

HAMKO has negotiated a special accommodation rate with Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna Hämeenlinna for the night of 12-13 December 2026.
