Why you should be voted?
As a trustee, I actively listen to my fellow students and feel it is my honor to genuinely forward their views and experiences. I study at one of HAMK’s small campuses, so I understand the value of small campuses. I am a third-year student and now applying for the third term in the representative council (member of the representative council 2022, Chair of the representative council 2023). Before operating at HAMKO, I have several years of experience in organization activities from various associations up to the trade union level. Promoting justice and community are matters of my heart, which I intend to work towards in the future as well!
What kind of student union you want to build?
I want to be involved in building and maintaining a sustainable and fairly functioning student union. The transparency and fairness of trust activities are important values for me, which I strive to promote through my activities. Every student has the right to be heard and participate in decision-making, regardless of which campus or field he studies. Increasing the awareness of the student body and developing the representative council to be more attractive to students are important goals for me. I intend to continue working to ensure that the importance of student union activity and organization appears relevant in students’ everyday life. We students are the best ones to decide on matters related to us, and the community always has greater power than the individual, that’s why organization is important. Make the Representative Council great again!
What are your most important themes or issues if you are elected to the Representative Council?
Sustainability, fairness and student well-being.
